If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

NestGuard AI is currently provided as a beta product for testing, evaluation, and workflow collaboration purposes.

2. Description of Service

NestGuard AI is an AI-assisted rental workflow and document review collaboration platform.

The Platform may help users:

• organize rental application documents;
• review application completeness;
• identify potential inconsistencies or risk indicators;
• coordinate workflow communication between invited parties;
• generate AI-assisted review summaries and workflow insights.

NestGuard AI does not make rental decisions on behalf of users.

Final decisions remain solely the responsibility of landlords, applicants, agents, property managers, or other authorized parties.

3. No Legal, Escrow, or Property Management Services

NestGuard AI:

• does not provide legal advice;
• does not provide property management services;
• does not act as an escrow provider;
• does not hold or transfer rent, deposits, or commissions;
• does not provide formal lease drafting services.

Formal agreements and legal decisions should be reviewed or confirmed by qualified professionals when appropriate.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• providing accurate information;
• uploading lawful documents;
• protecting their login credentials;
• complying with local laws and regulations.

Users may not:

• upload fraudulent or misleading documents;
• impersonate another person;
• misuse the Platform for unlawful activities;
• attempt unauthorized access to other user data.

5. AI-Assisted Insights Disclaimer

AI-generated insights, summaries, or risk indicators are informational only.

NestGuard AI does not guarantee:

• applicant approval accuracy;
• fraud detection accuracy;
• legal compliance outcomes;
• rental performance outcomes.

Users are responsible for their own review and decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestGuard AI shall not be liable for:

• rental disputes;
• applicant outcomes;
• document authenticity issues;
• financial losses;
• legal claims arising from user decisions.

The Platform is provided “as is” during beta testing.

7. Beta Product Notice

Certain features may change, be interrupted, or be removed during beta testing.

We may modify workflows, permissions, pricing, or platform functionality at any time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or misuse the Platform.
