Users can earn Credits through meaningful actions only. Simple link clicks, page visits, or basic sharing do not award Credits.

• Complete email verification: +1 Credit
• Invite a user who joins or creates a real case: +3 Credits
• Complete a full review workflow: +5 Credits
• Invite a landlord who completes their first case: +10 Credits

Credits may be used toward eligible one-time premium NestGuard AI services. Each redemption applies to one eligible case or service request only.

• Priority Review — 10 Credits, applies to one case only
• AI + Human Review — 15 Credits, applies to one review only
• Multi-Applicant Workflow — 20 Credits, applies to one case only
• Expedited Processing — 25 Credits, applies to one case only
• Premium Support — 30 Credits, applies to one support session only

Credits do not unlock permanent membership or unlimited usage.

• Credits have no cash value
• Credits cannot be withdrawn
• Credits cannot be transferred
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
• Credits cannot be used for rent, deposits, agent fees, or third-party payments
• Credits can only be used toward eligible NestGuard AI services
• Each redemption is one-time use only

Credits currently do not expire during the beta period. NestGuard AI may modify or discontinue the Credits program in the future.
